ART - Terms of Service (OPEN)

GENERAL
+When requesting a commission a reference photo or sketch is not required, but greatly appreciated. (If not providing a photo, detailed written description is required).
+I may cancel or refund a commission at any time. Communication provided beforehand if necessary.
PAYMENTS
+50% of payment must be sent after initial sketch is completed.
+The other 50% of payment must be sent after the work is completed (watermarked). After full payment has been received, watermark will be removed and full piece will be sent VIA email.
REVISIONS + COMMUNICATION
+Client agrees to provide feedback during all stages of the commission process. Unlimited revisions during sketch process. Once line art begins each updated progress photo will be sent with watermark and revisions allowed for free.
+Once color and render process begin, each major revision will be an additional $5. (Not including small changes)
+Will refund in full, contact within 3-5 days of the sketch being complete. After 5 days only partial refunds allowed.
DEADLINES + DELIVERY
+All commissions are done digitally and will be emailed using a JPEG file. (Other file types accepted upon request).
+Depending on the size and complexity of the commission it may take up to 4 weeks to complete. Communication provided if any delays happen during the order process.
PROPERTY RIGHTS
+By placing an order you agree that any commission created by Zero may be used in their portfolio.
+Commissioner agrees that any piece created by Zero may be used for promotion.
COMISSIONER RIGHTS
+Cancellations accepted UNTIL line art begins. Cancelling during sketch phase guarantees full refund.
+Client may use work for personal purposes such as social media display and personal use with credit to @Zerowo.
+Client may NOT use AI or feed work into AI for any reason. Client acknowledges that my work will not be used for NFT purposes.
+Client may NOT make revisions to the piece(s) once purchased.
